Independent Scholars' Evenings:

America the Resilient

Narveen Aryaputri will discuss her new essay on the current resilience of  America as seen in our society and in our thinking.
Narveen is an essayist with a background in English Literature and in Education. She is the president and founder of  The Institute for Cultural and Healing Traditions, Ltd. In our area she has completed the restoration of  the historic Moline Commercial Club as well as the Spencer House in Rock Island, making it a Landmark. She is building up her career is in visual art, using the medium of  oil on canvas and gauche on paper, slowly continuing its work between the work of  the Institute.

Her daughter Manisha and son-in-law Justin Snider and her grandchildren Nicasio Cole and Zahra Analee live in Bettendorf, Iowa.
